As our service desk analyst, Omar is responsible for providing telephone, email, and remote desktop assistance. He is our first point of contact for any IT problems and/or requests for service by phone and email. Omar is currently a student at Wharton Community College pursuing his bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems. In his free time, he likes to stay updated on stocks and loves to work out at the gym.
