Aneezeh Khatri

Managing Director

Aneezeh has a B.A. in psychology with a minor in Human development from the University of California, Davis (UC Davis). As a managing director, Aneezeh is responsible for implementing actionable plans to meet the institute’s goals and objectives. Some of her duties include delegating responsibilities to faculty members and supervising their performance via weekly meetings. In her free time, she volunteers as a Crisis Counselor at the Crisis Text line. Her research interests include the DohaD theory which hypothesizes how environmental exposures during early life (particularly the in-utero period) can permanently influence health and vulnerability to disease in later life; how the mind and body interact with a focus on the activity of the stress response on the immune system and finally, mindfulness in positive psychology. She also enjoys reading motivational/self-help books and spending time with her family.
